Job Summary
We’re looking for a friendly, efficient Barista to join our café team. You’ll craft high-quality, premium coffee, deliver excellent customer service, and help maintain a clean, welcoming space for every guest.

Duties

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks to company standards.
• Operate Toast POS and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Run food and drinks to customers promptly and courteously.
• Keep the café, prep areas, and equipment clean and organized.
• Follow all food safety and handling procedures.
• Manage time efficiently during busy hours.

Skills

• Proven experience as a Barista or in food service is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems (Toast POS experience a plus).
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy.
• Knowledge of food safety and proper handling procedures.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
